Do exterior color changes need approval in Rancho Santa Fe?
Homes within the Rancho Santa Fe Covenant are subject to the Rancho Santa Fe Association's design review, and many other communities in the area have their own HOA rules. Check with your association before changing exterior colors. We can prepare large color samples and product details for your submission.
Can you refinish stained wood beams, doors and built-ins?
Yes. Fine wood finishing is a specialty. We strip or sand failed finishes, stain to match, and apply stain and lacquer or exterior clear coats suited to each surface.
How do you protect a large property during painting?
We protect landscaping, hardscape, pools and furnishings, keep a tidy job site, and give you a clear schedule. A dedicated project lead stays in touch with you or your property manager from start to finish.
